Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for their Site Reliability Engineering team in O'Fallon, Missouri. You will support software run principles including change implementation, automation, and monitoring to build fault-tolerant, scalable products.

• Manage application health, performance, and capacity
• Consult on system design, capacity planning, and launch reviews
• Partner with development teams on monitoring and alerting strategies
• Drive automation to reduce manual intervention and toil
• Practice sustainable incident response and blameless post-mortems
• Analyze ITSM activities and provide feedback on operational gaps
