About this role

GDIT is seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to design and deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions on AWS and Azure for the NIH. You will work directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs, leveraging Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices. This role requires strong technical judgment and consulting skills to act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer's cloud journey.

Design and implement secure, scalable cloud solutions in AWS and Azure
Translate customer requirements into cloud architectures and engineering plans
Develop custom Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Integrate DevOps and CI/CD capabilities for automated deployments
Collaborate with customers and engineering teams in an Agile environment
Obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
