About this role
Northwood is building a global network of ground stations for advanced satellite communications. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will own and operate our cloud infrastructure stack, including Kubernetes clusters, identity systems, and observability tools. You will build and maintain infrastructure as code, implement cloud networking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and security of our platform.
What we are looking for 6
- Own and operate cloud infrastructure stack (Kubernetes, IAM, observability)
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code using GitOps practices
- Implement cloud networking (VPCs, VPNs, Direct Connect)
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident resolution
- Partner with security and compliance teams on control implementation
- Automate manual tasks and improve system reliability
