Operations Engineer

Ameriprise Financial is seeking an Operations Engineer to provide critical production support for our ETL technologies, including Informatica, Python, and AWS. You will be responsible for proactively monitoring systems, responding to incidents in a 24x7 environment, and driving solutions for improved application stability and resiliency. • Provide 24x7 production support for Informatica/IDMC/Python/AWS and Brokerage applications
• Respond to and resolve batch incidents and perform recoveries
• Analyze and implement permanent fixes to enhance application stability
• Lead incident bridge calls and conduct root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors on engineering strategies
• Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed and mainframe environments
