Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Lead and grow a new Site Reliability Engineering team at Tubi, focusing on building and running large-scale distributed systems. You will architect the reliability roadmap, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and automation. This role involves strategic planning, operational excellence, and driving the adoption of AI in SRE practices.

• Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers
• Define and drive the multi-year technical strategy for observability and automation
• Own end-to-end availability, performance, and efficiency of critical services
• Evolve incident response practices and champion blameless post-mortems
• Develop and execute strategy for integrating AIOps and machine learning into observability
• Partner with engineering, product, and infra leaders to ensure reliability
