About this role

AVEVA is seeking a Principal Engineer for their Global Technical Support team to provide expert application support and training for their Unified Supply Chain software. You will respond to customer queries, conduct in-depth investigations, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and maximize customer value.

What we are looking for

Provide expert technical support for industrial software
Investigate complex modeling problems and provide solutions
Develop and deliver training materials to customers
Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Project Management teams
10+ years of industry knowledge in Oil and Gas (Refinery Economics)
Strong numerical background with a degree in math, engineering, or physical sciences
