About this role

GoDaddy is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to manage and enhance their large-scale Ceph storage environment. You will be responsible for the reliability, performance, and scalability of critical storage platforms, diagnosing complex distributed systems issues, and developing automation to improve resilience. This remote role offers the opportunity to work on infrastructure supporting millions of customers worldwide.

What we are looking for

Own reliability, performance, and scalability of large-scale Ceph environments
Diagnose and resolve complex distributed systems issues
Design and build automation using Python, Shell, SaltStack, and Ansible
Define and improve observability through SLIs, SLOs, and Grafana
Lead storage lifecycle initiatives including upgrades and migrations
5+ years operating large-scale Linux infrastructure with distributed storage experience
