• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support cloud-native SaaS applications
• Build scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems using microservices
• Operate services in public cloud environments like AWS and Azure
• Implement service automation, monitoring, observability, and telemetry pipelines
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across application and infrastructure layers
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and security teams
