Site Reliability Engineer

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Humana, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical automation platforms. You will focus on operational excellence, incident management, and continuous improvement to support production automation solutions across various technology domains. This role is key to enabling development teams to deliver new automation capabilities while maintaining system stability.

• Monitor and maintain health, availability, and performance of automation platforms
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations
• Improve observability through monitoring, alerting, and dashboards
• Partner with development teams to enhance system reliability and scalability
• Drive automation of operational processes
• Identify and remediate production risks and implement reliability best practices
