3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

Provide advanced technical support and complex fault rectification for IT systems supporting national security. You will respond to escalations, perform proactive and reactive maintenance, and develop technical solutions to complex issues while liaising with stakeholders.

• Provide 3rd line infrastructure support for critical national security systems
• Conduct complex fault rectification and problem management
• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on JUNO and other systems
• Develop technical solutions for complex issues
• Liaise with stakeholders at all levels, including customers
• Adhere to SLA and KPI targets for issue resolution

• Requires a Top Secret security clearance.
