Ensure service reliability through SLOs, monitoring, and proactive problem management
Provide production support and resolve complex incidents within SLA

Implement and support Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD practices
Support cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and cloud migration initiatives
Participate in on-call rotations and major incident response activities
