Site Reliability Engineer

Empower is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the high availability, resilience, and scalability of their containerized applications. You will establish performance indicators, build proactive monitoring, and conduct in-depth analysis of system issues. This role involves collaborating with development teams, managing infrastructure as code, and optimizing observability within Kubernetes.

• Establish SLIs and build proactive monitoring and alerts
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and scalability of containerized applications
• Conduct in-depth analysis of problems to identify root causes
• Maintain and optimize infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Manage observability within Kubernetes, specifically EKS
• Collaborate with development teams to support releases
