Lead Systems Engineer (Manipulation)

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of advanced robotic arm systems. This role involves driving systems engineering activities across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces, defining system architectures, and leading cross-functional integration efforts.

• Support design, development, integration, and validation of robotic arm systems
• Drive systems engineering across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces
• Define and manage system architectures, requirements, and technical specifications
• Lead cross-functional integration efforts
• Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and drive root-cause analysis
• 5+ years of System Engineering experience and electro-mechanical device experience
