About this role

EROAD is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to maintain and evolve our global SaaS platforms. This hands-on role offers significant influence over system design, operational improvements, and automation. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and performance of large-scale, customer-facing distributed systems.

What we are looking for

Operate and improve large-scale Kubernetes (AKS or EKS) production environments
Design and implement automation to reduce toil and enhance reliability
Drive root-cause analysis and implement lasting fixes for production issues
Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
Proficiency in CI/CD tooling and scripting languages (Ruby, Bash, Python)
Mentor teammates and contribute to the team's SRE practices
