About this role

Nscale is seeking a Staff Observability Platform Engineer to build and evolve their observability platform, providing deep visibility into GPU clusters and AI workloads. This role involves technical leadership and hands-on engineering to enhance reliability, operational efficiency, and developer experience.

What we are looking for

Design, build, and evolve observability platforms (metrics, logs, traces, alerting)
Lead implementation of scalable observability solutions for GPU and AI infrastructure
Partner with SRE, infrastructure, platform, and AI/ML teams
Drive improvements in monitoring coverage and incident response
Develop standards and frameworks for observability adoption
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance
