DevOps Engineer

The University of Miami is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, database-driven web applications using Oracle APEX and ORDS. You will collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver high-performance solutions supporting cancer registry goals. This role requires strong proficiency in Oracle technologies, full-stack development, and a commitment to quality and collaboration.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Oracle APEX applications
• Build and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and database performance
• Integrate applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Ensure application security using best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams in an Agile environment
