Manager, System Engineer

Symbotic is seeking a Manager, System Engineer to lead their system control center, ensuring critical issues are communicated and resolved to maintain system performance. This role involves optimizing automated robotic systems, managing projects, and explaining system behavior to customers and internal teams.

• Lead monitoring of automated adapters, vertical lifts, and robotic vehicles
• Manage troubleshooting of advanced system and operational issues
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to site teams and customers
• Drive project timelines, budgets, and system performance criteria
• Develop operational work schedules in collaboration with customer needs
• Ensure safety commitments and compliance with OSHA and company procedures
