About this role

Lead a team of Database Administrators and Platform Engineers responsible for on-premises and cloud database services. You will manage the technical roadmap for database platforms, drive improvements in scalability and performance, and partner with product and SRE teams to ensure operational excellence.

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Database Administrators / Platform Engineers
Own the technical roadmap for database platform services
Lead platform engineering work including installation, configuration, and automation
Design and implement database architecture and operational patterns
Build and improve CI/CD and automation pipelines for database provisioning
Partner with product engineering, SRE, security, and cloud teams
