Staff Platform Engineer

Motive is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to join their Developer Productivity team in Nashville. You will lead the development of systems and automation that form the backbone of the Motive platform's development, build, and delivery processes across SaaS, Mobile, and Embedded products. This role involves creating secure, scalable distributed services and advancing automated, easy-to-maintain ecosystems.

• Define direction and initiatives for the team and platform
• Build fully automated bootstrapping and delivery pipelines
• Evangelize self-service engineering technologies and approaches
• Advance local development experience while maintaining consistency
