About this role

As an Infrastructure Software Engineer on the Apps Platform team, you will build and evolve our platform's deployment and observability layers across multiple cloud providers and on-premises environments. You'll partner closely with internal teams to understand their needs, debug issues, and shape a roadmap that balances immediate needs with long-term architecture, ensuring fast, secure, and reproducible deployments.

Expand deployment footprint across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and on-premises
Ensure fast, secure, and reproducible deployments
Enhance platform observability for efficient operation of customer deployments
Partner with internal teams to understand needs and build tooling
Respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes
Develop and maintain product roadmap for deployment and observability
