About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for Recording Engineering to provide senior-level technical expertise across Trader Voice Services, regulatory call-recording platforms, and related voice capture infrastructure. This role will oversee critical voice capture technologies, support trading floor operations, guide L1 delivery teams, and drive cloud migration initiatives.

What we are looking for

Engineer, configure, administer, and support regulatory call-recording and voice-capture platforms
Integrate recording solutions across Trader Voice, IP Telephony, Unified Communications, MS Teams capture
Troubleshoot end-to-end call-capture flows, platform performance, and infrastructure issues
Manage platform maintenance, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle planning
Support cloud migration and modernization efforts
Serve as a senior technical lead for L1 engineering delivery teams
