Platform Engineer, Central Integrations, Reliability & Performance

As a Platform Engineer at Four Seasons, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the technology platforms and integrations that power our global operations. You will own critical integrations, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of systems supporting reservations, guest experiences, and operational processes. This hands-on role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions across the full platform lifecycle, from development to production support.

• Technical ownership of enterprise integrations and transaction flows
• Design, implement, and optimize API-based, event-driven, and application integrations
• Monitor platform availability, performance, and operational health
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and observability capabilities
• Analyze integration failures and performance bottlenecks
• Support incident response and root cause analysis
