Centric Software is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to support our cloud customers and maintain our scalable C8 cloud application platform. You will respond to critical customer issues, perform cloud deployments and upgrades, and contribute to automation projects. Respond to and resolve time-critical customer issues in the public cloud
Perform customer deployments, migrations, and upgrades
Support automation projects including writing code
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain servers in multiple cloud environments
Create, manage, and maintain cloud networking components
Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams
