Principal Site Reliability Engineer

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of their production systems. This role involves leading production support, incident response, and implementing SRE practices like SLOs, observability, and automation. You will also advance infrastructure automation, CI/CD reliability, and disaster recovery in a distributed team environment.

• Lead production support and incident management
• Define and own SLIs and SLOs for critical services
• Drive systemic reduction of MTTD and MTTR
• Lead infrastructure automation with Terraform
• Add reliability guardrails to CI/CD pipelines
• Grow the capability of SRE and DevOps engineers
