Site Reliability Engineer

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure the high availability, scalability, and security of our EV charging services. You will contribute to continuous improvement by supporting incident response, developing automation and monitoring solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system resilience and customer experience.

• Support improvements to reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of the EV charging network
• Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement
• Develop, maintain, and support automation and monitoring solutions
• Integrate and operate EV chargers, backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Develop observability and alerting solutions to track reliability metrics and optimize costs
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, product, and data teams
