About this role

Equinix is seeking a Senior Staff DevSecOps Platform Engineer to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and AI-enabled DevSecOps platform capabilities. This role will drive CI/CD modernization, platform engineering, and security automation across multiple engineering organizations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in platform engineering, cloud-native DevSecOps, secure software delivery, and AI-assisted automation.

Architect, build, and scale enterprise CI/CD platform capabilities
Drive modernization of software delivery and platform engineering practices
Lead implementation of Secure SDLC, shift-left security, and policy-as-code frameworks
Design and implement AI-enabled DevSecOps and developer productivity solutions
Build and operationalize RAG pipelines and agent-based automation workflows
Drive technical direction across platform engineering initiatives
