About this role

Marmon Foodservice Technologies is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT Infrastructure team in McAllen, TX. This hands-on role focuses on defining, building, and maintaining infrastructure as code, backup automation, and broader automation across a hybrid Azure and on-prem environment. You will collaborate with architects and managers to reduce manual work, strengthen security, and support manufacturing infrastructure and IT/OT convergence. Bilingual Spanish/English is required.

What we are looking for

Define, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in a hybrid Azure/on-prem environment
Support Azure implementation for compute, storage, networking, and identity
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes
Automate immutable backups and disaster recovery processes
Support AI-enablement tooling and automation
Script and automate recurring IT operations using PowerShell and Python
