Infrastructure Architect

LTS is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect for a remote role supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) health portfolio. This position focuses on modernizing legacy healthcare platforms and infrastructure, including VistA and AI-assisted tooling. The architect will design scalable, secure hybrid cloud solutions and critically evaluate AI-generated infrastructure recommendations for accuracy and compliance.

• Lead infrastructure architecture and modernization for large-scale VA enterprise health systems
• Design and implement secure, scalable hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure
• Support modernization and migration of legacy healthcare systems
• Critically evaluate AI-generated infrastructure recommendations for accuracy and compliance
• Develop infrastructure roadmaps, reference architectures, and technical standards
• Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP)
