Senior Systems Engineer

Boeing is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Hazelwood, Missouri, to support defense programs. This role involves applying systems engineering and operations analysis methods to evaluate mission effectiveness, operational performance, and system behavior throughout the program lifecycle. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define, assess, and optimize platform capabilities.

• Perform operations analysis and systems engineering assessments for military platform development
• Support concept development, requirements definition, and system architecture trade studies
• Analyze mission effectiveness, system performance, and operational scenarios
• Develop models and simulations to evaluate design alternatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including design, test, and logistics
• Assess risk and technical performance of proposed design changes
