Site Reliability Engineer

SS&C is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to automate infrastructure, manage container systems, and ensure system health. You will participate in on-call rotations, collaborate with development teams, and define service level objectives to enhance system operability and performance.

• Automate infrastructure configuration using AWS CloudFormation, Chef, Packer, and Terraform
• Automate tasks and ChatOps integration with Lambda functions
• Maintain and improve container build system with Docker and Jenkins
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation for production incidents
• Configure and maintain secrets management, service discovery, and container orchestration systems
• Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)
