IT Engineer

Tulip is seeking a hands-on IT Engineer to manage and improve IT systems, including identity and access management, network infrastructure, and endpoint devices. This hybrid role involves both day-to-day support and strategic project leadership, requiring strong problem-solving skills and comfort with automation and AI tools.

• Manage and improve identity and access management systems
• Administer office network infrastructure and security controls
• Oversee device management platform and endpoint security
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting for critical IT systems
• Manage automation, infrastructure-as-code, and disaster recovery plans
• Handle IT support requests and maintain IT documentation
