About this role
As a DevOps Engineer Trainee, you will design, build, and maintain CI/CD capabilities to support applications and engineering teams across various technology stacks and cloud environments. You will transform engineering requirements into scalable automation and reusable pipeline components, reducing manual work and making engineering standards easier to adopt. This hands-on role involves working directly with application teams and stakeholders to understand delivery challenges, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions.
What we are looking for 6
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, security, deployment, and release
- Build reusable GitHub Actions workflows and pipeline templates for self-service adoption
- Develop automation using Python, shell scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure automation on Azure and Google Cloud Platform
- Support application teams with CI/CD onboarding, modernization, and issue resolution
- Integrate SDLC requirements into engineering workflows for compliance and automation
