Cloud Engineer - 5+yrs - SRE, Cloud Operations, DevOps / Platform Engineering

Join the Webex Contact Center team as a Cloud Engineer, focusing on Site Reliability Engineering for our global, cloud-native platform. You will operate and enhance our AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of critical customer-facing services. This role involves automating operations, improving observability, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve incidents and prevent future issues.

• Operate and improve AWS and Kubernetes platforms for Webex Contact Center
• Monitor service health, investigate failures, and restore service during incidents
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and recovery procedures using Python and Terraform
• Enhance logging, monitoring, and alerting with observability tools
• Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to incident management and root-cause analysis
• Improve release safety through automated health checks and progressive delivery
