Director, Enterprise Platform Engineering (Mac & Windows Endpoints)

Lead the strategy, engineering, and operational excellence for Vanguard's global Windows Endpoint ecosystem, including physical devices, virtual desktops, and management platforms. You will oversee a large engineering organization responsible for the full lifecycle of tens of thousands of devices, driving modernization, efficiency, security, and a best-in-class user experience.

• Define and execute multi-year strategy for Windows endpoint ecosystem
• Oversee engineering teams for Windows platform, AVD, Intune, and automation
• Ensure global performance, reliability, and security for tens of thousands of endpoints
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering organization
• Partner with senior stakeholders across engineering, security, and business units
• Manage architecture reviews, change governance, and executive-level communication
