Deskside Infrastructure Engineer

Unum is seeking a Deskside Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance employee technology experiences. This role involves providing Level 2 support for desktop, endpoint, and workplace infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure and reliable, and contributing to automation and operational improvements.

• Provide Level 2 support for desktop, endpoint, and workplace technology platforms
• Support Windows-based infrastructure, user devices, and software deployment
• Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health
• Support security initiatives including patching and vulnerability remediation
• Develop and maintain automation, operational procedures, and documentation
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams
