What we are looking for

Doctorate/Master's degree in Physics, Engineering Physics, Engineering Design, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Materials and Metallurgical Engineering
Experience with instrumentation, signal processing, and optical/electro-optical systems
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or MATLAB for data analysis
Demonstrated ability in experimental setup, modeling, and complex problem-solving
Excellent communication and presentation skills
