About this role
As a Designer for CB2, you will inspire customers by helping them plan and design their spaces with elevated home furnishings. You will drive sales and provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized design consultations, utilizing design tools to create mood boards and floor plans, and staying informed on design trends.
What we are looking for
6- Drive sales and customer experience through design consultations
- Create elevated CB2 designs using preferred design tools
- Lead one-on-one design consultations in-person or virtually
- Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy
- Deliver individual sales, KPI, and service goals
- Build long-lasting customer relationships
