About this role

As a Community Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of an apartment community in San Marcos, TX. This hands-on role involves ensuring common areas, amenities, and outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. You will perform various upkeep tasks, assist with basic landscaping, and support the maintenance team.

What we are looking for

Maintain cleanliness of common areas
Conduct regular trash pickup
Sweep, pressure wash, and blow breezeways and sidewalks
Assist with basic landscaping tasks
Prepare vacant apartments for move-in
Support maintenance team with minor tasks
