Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a Core Avionics Engineer to join their Mission Systems team in Berkeley, MO. This role involves technical leadership in the development and integration of new avionics systems for a major proprietary program, requiring collaboration with program leadership, suppliers, and customers. The position is 100% onsite and requires a US Secret Security Clearance.

• Provide technical leadership for Avionics development and integration
• Oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes
• Support design of hardware, software, and interface specifications
• Test and validate system designs to meet requirements
• Monitor supplier performance for system integration
• Utilize Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices
