Systems Engineer - System Architecting, Requirements & Interfaces (Experienced or Lead)

Boeing is seeking a Mid-Level/Lead Systems Engineer for the E-7A Program in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves planning, designing, developing, and verifying system solutions, evaluating operational needs, defining requirements, and optimizing system architecture. You will work across multiple E-7A programs to support the development of new capabilities for this advanced Airborne Early Warning and Control platform.

• Apply interdisciplinary approach to plan, design, develop, and verify system solutions
• Evaluate customer needs to define system performance requirements and integrate technical parameters
• Perform analyses to optimize system architecture and conduct multi-disciplinary trade studies
• Develop and manage requirements, processes, tools, risk, and issue management
• Resolve cross-functional technical issues
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field and 5+ years of experience
