About this role
As an Infrastructure Support Engineer at USAA, you will provide Tier 2 technical support and operational engineering for enterprise infrastructure services. You will act as an escalation point for complex issues, troubleshoot and restore services, and contribute to stability initiatives across various technologies including servers, cloud, and networks. This role involves designing scalable infrastructure, automating tasks, and ensuring system reliability in a 24x7 environment.
What we are looking for
