About this role
RTX is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer focused on Reliability and Maintainability to join their team in McKinney, TX. This onsite role involves collaborating with program and factory personnel to investigate failures, improve yield, and develop maintenance strategies for fielded products. You will also support the development of Built-In Test (BIT) capabilities.
What we are looking for
6- Collaborate with program and factory personnel to track anomaly metrics and perform RCCA investigations
- Identify failure trends to drive yield improvement and accelerate throughput
- Develop modular, cost-effective maintenance strategies for fielded products
- Support development of Built-In Test (BIT) by developing requirements and modeling failure modes
- Bachelor's degree in STEM required with 0+ years of experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance is required
