Sr. Platform Engineer

Alkami is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of their MANTL platform. This role involves investigating and resolving issues within application code and containerized environments, designing monitoring solutions, and implementing resilience strategies. You will collaborate with other engineering teams to maintain platform health and contribute to defining reliability targets.

• Investigate and resolve platform reliability issues in application code
• Identify and address failure modes in system integrations
• Design and configure monitoring, dashboards, and alerting
• Implement and extend distributed tracing across microservices
• Diagnose and remediate application performance issues
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
