Systems Engineer

Family Dollar is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and operate hybrid infrastructure platforms, including cloud, virtualization, storage, and core systems. This role focuses on automation, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization within both on-premises and public cloud environments.

• Design, implement, and operate hybrid cloud environments
• Manage and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware, oVirt)
• Ensure stability, security, and performance of Linux and Windows servers
• Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams
