About this role

Blue Origin is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Platform Engineer II to join their Operations team in Huntsville, AL. This role focuses on building and enhancing the digital system that runs the factory floor, integrating machines, managing work orders, inventory, and quality. You will work closely with operational teams to understand needs, own features end-to-end, and drive the physical-to-digital connectivity of the factory.

Embed with warehouse, assembly, and maintenance teams to identify friction points
Own features end-to-end from design to iteration with users
Drive physical-to-digital connectivity by integrating machines and process data
Own integrations between shop floor systems and broader digital architecture
Contribute to the design of the real-time factory model and digital twin
Utilize AI-assisted development tools for implementation
