What we are looking for

Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure services for high availability
Optimize system performance and implement automation for toil reduction
Conduct major incident and problem management, including root cause analysis
Collaborate with platform teams to refine services and strengthen monitoring
Define and track key metrics like QoS, Uptime, MTTR, and MTBF
Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, etc.) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
