Senior IT Management, Incident & Program Delivery Lead

Lead IT infrastructure, incident management, and program delivery for a senior individual contributor role. • Serve as primary incident commander for complex or business-critical issues

• Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for systemic issues
• Operate as senior technical authority for endpoint management and operational stability
• Identify, define, and drive strategic programs for operational value, automation, and modernization
• Mentor and coach global IT staff on incident response and technical excellence
