About this role

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer in Melbourne, FL to provide technical guidance across multiple Integrated Product Teams. This role involves ensuring the integration of requirements and design, refining systems engineering processes, leading technical reviews, and managing key technical metrics.

What we are looking for

Coordinate multidiscipline IPTs for system integration
Refine and implement systems engineering processes
Lead Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events
Define and track Technical Performance Measures (TPMs)
Manage requirements allocations from system to subsystem level
Perform architecture reviews and recommend design updates
