About this role

CACI is seeking an experienced Operational Systems Engineer to support a Microsoft Windows-based environment. You will be responsible for installations, debugging, maintenance, upgrades, and general support, focusing on Windows Server, Active Directory, and related services. This role requires proactive problem-solving and the ability to implement changes with minimal user impact.

What we are looking for

Install, debug, maintain, upgrade, and support Windows Server, Active Directory, and related services
Perform Tier III analysis and troubleshooting of networked servers and workstations
Utilize PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform for automation and deployment
Engineer designs, develop, and implement domain policies and hardening procedures
Maintain performance and availability of Windows-related technologies
Requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and 10+ years of experience
