Lead Site Reliability Engineer

As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Trintech, you will drive technical improvements across our service portfolio, translating production data into actionable plans. You will coordinate cross-team efforts, ensure learnings from incidents lead to measurable improvements, and remain hands-on with key technologies like Kubernetes and Azure. This is a critical individual contributor role focused on enhancing system reliability and operational excellence.

• Lead the technical delivery of reliability improvements across a broad service portfolio
• Develop and own the integrated reliability engineering plan with clear technical priorities
• Strengthen SRE team effectiveness through practical direction and improved operational tools
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, VMware)
• Expertise in monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, and incident response platforms
• Proven ability to lead significant incidents and drive corrective actions
